Karolyn Hart is an award-winning Canadian entrepreneur, technology executive, activist, speaker, author and Founder of InspireHUB. She helped Edie Hand create the Grit Hub (grit.ihubapp.org/) and the Women of True Grit website, a place where women can get information and interact with Pearl Coaches to get insights and information into the challenges they face on life’s journey.

She’s also the co-host of “Big on Small“, the official small business podcast. Karolyn has spent two decades building a unique skill set around engagement including as a technologist with experience implementing large-scale projects in financial services, automotive, and healthcare; an entrepreneur launching a national television show; an award-winning economic developer working in community engagement; and a startup founder designing and working with the latest in Progressive Web App technology. Karolyn knows what it takes to keep a team engaged against all odds.

Mark Dubis over the last 26 years has held key positions in various fields where he used his marketing, design, and business background to improve the operations and sales divisions of various companies which included large financial institutions, transportation companies, and automotive dealerships. Working for two of the largest banks active in indirect automotive lending he honed his public relations skills by working with local media and highlighting the positive impact of programs on consumers and dealers in regional markets.

His primary focus is website development and marketing for a wide assortment of clients across the countryMark also held the position of Editor of Digital Dealer magazine, where he wrote about the state of technology, eCommerce, and strategies that helped automotive dealerships advance their Internet sales agenda. Additionally, he worked for some of the largest automotive retailers in South Florida and then utilized his entrepreneurial skills by owning and managing his own vehicle leasing company for eight years. The South Florida Business Journal included his company, Arrow Motorcar on their list of the Top 25 leasing companies in the market.
