James Edwin Coyle was a Catholic Priest who was assassinated 100 years ago in Birmingham, Alabama for his faith and embrace of all people. Learn about his legacy of courage and compassion from his birthplace in Ireland, to his time as a priest and instructor in Mobile, Alabama, and his fateful call to serve as Rector of St. Paul’s Catholic Church where he willingly laid down his life.
